You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already shipped out, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.

Receive free US Standard shipping (“Free Shipping”) at sednawater.com on orders over $99 in the contiguous 48 United States. HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International and Canadian orders are excluded. Offer also excludes taxes and any additional delivery charges applied to specific products and may be subject to product restrictions or exclusions.
The offer does not include any additional delivery or supplemental shipping charges above US Standard shipping. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for any non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc.
